Arriving & temperature
Its only possible to arrive at the following times:
Monday 16.00 – 21.00 (all categories)
Tuesday 08.00 – 12.00 (all categories)
Tuesday 18.00 – 20.00 (all categories)
Wednesday 16.00 – 17.00 (National horses and CDI3/CDIY)
Thursday 16.00 – 18.00 (Nationale horses and CDIS3/CDIY)
Please follow the guidelines for EHV-1. (NO HORSE ALLOWED TO LEAVE ITS STABLE UNTIL A CORRECT TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT IS RECORDED)
REMEMBER to measure the temperature of your horse 3 days in advance and create your Health FEI Self Certification Form in the FEI Horse App 24 hours before your arrival. Also needed for non-competing horses. THIS IS ALSO FOR NATIONAL HORSES!
Electricity
Please let us know (not later than 13rd of June) if you need electricity. After that date we CANNOT promise you to have electricity. Please inform us if you arrive in big lorry.
Are you bringing a caravan, tent etc. that needs electricity, please send an e-mail to hanne@karlshojgaard.dk
Stables
Access to the stable area will be restricted – bracelets can be collected at the show office.
There will be 2 bags of shavings in the boxes.
Hay and shavings can be ordered everyday 08.00-10.00 and 17.00-19.00.

Freestyle Music
Please send your Freestyle to e-mail music@equilive.dk, with clear information about riders name, horse name and competition. Since our preparation time before each sound check is important we would appreciate that you send your freestyle as early as possible.
Price cermonies
All individiuals price cermonies will be without horses at the podium in the front of the big tent.
Health papers
If you will be traveling to countries requiring additional official Horse Inspection and paperwork for the departure from Denmark or if your transporting health papers have expired we will ask you to inform us about this immediately and no later than Thursday 27/06/2024 at 14PM
in the show office as we have to request a veterinarian from the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration in order for you to be able to leave Denmark with the correct paperwork. A fee of EUR 150 will be imposed.

Smoking Rules
We must ask you to help us enforce our smoking rules. Smoking in the stables and indoors is strictly forbidden! Please help us enforce this rule by informing your grooms.
